Ranch Horses Do That! – Bob DeLorenzo and Dave Czukrovany will be teaming up to give a comprehensive workshop on the versatility of the ranch horse discipline.  There is something for everyone under the umbrella of ranch horses.  It is more than doing cattle work, it is the common sense, art and appreciation of being able to trust and enjoy your horse.  You are able to expand both you and your mount’s knowledge and skill set while building a stronger and more trusting relationship.   It doesn’t require pedigrees or perfect conformation.  They will explore the differences between pleasure horses and ranch horses and touch on the many avenues to get involved in ranch horses.  This might be just the ticket for you and your horse.

Head’s Up to Head Safety – Concussions – Presented by Drusilla Malavase.  Dru is a nationally recognized equine safety expert who has worked extensively with the United States Pony Club, USEF and 4-H.  In addition, she is an accomplished horse woman who has a passion for our many horse disciplines.  Her personal experiences, coupled with her professional responsibilities in safety, makes her very knowledgeable and effective in addressing the seriousness of concussion and overlaying concussion prevention, identification and protocols from other sports arenas into our equine world.
